Connecting SAP with 3rd-party applications - open, modular, and flexible

The complexity of enterprise architectures has increased in recent years due to the use of more and more hardware and software and their increasing networking. Therefore, a continuous data exchange between all systems is a guarantee for the success of the overlying business processes.

SAP and Non-SAP

Standardize interfaces

Since interfaces are unfortunately not subject to standardization, this often requires interface translation to ensure the exchange of information and data between systems. Due to the increase in heterogeneity and complexity of enterprise architecture, data exchange between SAP and non-SAP systems is also becoming increasingly complex.

SAP, Atlassian Tool Chain, Jira

Connected by our solutions

With our strategic partner, becon GmbH, we have developed a connector together that links the SAP world with the Atlassian Tool Chain. With the modular and flexible solution OpenCelium, data can be exchanged between Jira Service Management and SAP Solution Manager ITSM. In the connection between SAP and Jira, ticket information, for example, can be transferred from Jira SM to SAP Solution Manager based on a synchronous API.

OpenCelium

Data Exchange between SAP and Non-SAP APIs

OpenCelium ensures easy data exchange and seamless communication between enterprise-wide APIs (SAP & Non-SAP). Due to its modularity, everything can be customized to your needs. An existing interface library already offers a wide range of standard interfaces. The open interface concept makes it possible to implement additional interfaces with little effort. This central interface management reduces the effort of interface development between applications. At the same time, it increases the efficiency of data usage for your company and, in most scenarios, also the cost efficiency for an interface connection (licenses, maintenance, support). One example of this is the central use of a CMDB which, as a "single point of truth", ensures the same data availability/data status with company-relevant information across all applications.
