Your tasks
- Consulting our customers and analyzing ALM processes as SAP ALM consultant
- Implementation of ALM scenarios such as process management, ITSM, test management, ChaRM in SAP Solution Manager and/or in SAP Cloud ALM
- Support and failure analysis of ALM scenarios in SAP Solution Manager and/or in SAP Cloud ALM
- Creation of innovative ALM solutions for the customer
- Assumption of sub-project management in our projects
Your profile
- Experience in SAP technology especially SAP Solution Manager and/or SAP Cloud ALM
- Experience in ALM process implementation
- Experience in IT process consulting according to ITIL
- Experience in agile methodologies such as SCRUM an advantage
- Experience with ServiceNow an advantage
- Experience with Jira and Confluence an advantage
- You feel comfortable in an agile, modern and collegial environment
- Even though we mostly operate from a home office, a willingness to travel is desired
